Excellent work very professional owners and staff go beyond customer service totally trust them with all my car repairs very honest people which is hard to find these days

I love k’s Autohaus cause I get to have discussions and ask questions about my vehicle. They are very informative and helpful about evaluating your. I don’t know if they are expensive or overvalued for they’re labor but I’ve never haggled on price because I trust their judgment on my cars diagnosis. If you are a car enthusiast or looking for friendly service this is the right place for you. I love everyone that works there.

I call and was given an immediate appointment with Ks Autohaus. Spoke with Sheila. Brought my car in, was told would receive a call within 2 hours with a diagnosis. In 2 hours I received my call. Was told part would be order. I was call when part was received and work started. The next day the work was done and my car was ready for pickup. I received courtesy and professional service. Especially from Sheila.

This was the best experience that I've ever had with a repair shop. They made sure that they fully understood the issue before providing a quote. The communication was awesome. The repair was completed quickly and the price was extremely fair. We're moving but my son is staying at U of H, and this is the place that I'll trust to service his car.

Thomas and Sheela are very good at communicating and even though the part that's needed is on national back order I will wait for the part to come in and allow K's to do the repairs. They diagnose the issue quickly. Great customer service and honesty.

I needed a power steering hose, a belt and an alternator installed. I brought the parts and Thomas put them in as well as let me know a couple other issues that could still be a problem with my car. Everyone was super honest and open. I trust they’re not going to overcharge me and will allow me to make decisions on what’s best for me and my vehicle… Really appreciate this team.
