Humble Auto Repair

The service that I received was so good that I cannot think of a way that it could be improved. I started contact with K's Autohaus when I needed to replace one low-beam headlight. Another service company was going to charge me a very large sum for this task after a wait of about one hour.. I looked around in my area and selected K's Autohaus & 4 other services. I was passing a dealership so I offered to bring a replacement bulb. When I reached K's Autohaus, in Humble we determined that I had been given a replacement bulb that was much smaller than the one being replaced. So I walked across the street to vehicle parts supplier and bought a correct replacement. When I returned to K's Autohaus, the technician popped it back into my car and would not charge me anything at all. I wanted to avoid driving with a bad low beam so costs were of no concern to me so I was mightily grateful. A few weeks later my vehicle dad reached its service interval so naturally I returned to K's Autohaus, I had my oil changed, my tires rotated and a non-critical running light replaced in about 1 hour; for much less than the "very large sum" quoted for just the original bulb replacement. I'm avoiding absolute costs to avoid limiting future quotes. I place a large value on my wait time so I consider I've made out like a bandit on my time and the final cash cost is inconsequential. I'm a very, very happy customer.

Great people and great service

Went in for an oil leak and had some hiccups with a defective part. They took care of everything and were pleasant in every interaction while my car was in the shop. Will be back.

Very timely and great service

I was recommended this place through my extended warranty coverage plan. My 2016 RAM 1500 Big Horn had a cracked radiator and so I have it towed to them and then I corresponded with Shelia & Thomas. Both were very polite with me and ensured that what ever needed to get fixed, through the extended warranty, would be taken care of in a very efficient manner. Long story short........... There was roughly $9K of repair done and when I picked my truck back up, it literally felt like I was driving a brand new truck! I definitely recommend "K's Autohaus" for your future repair needs! I had a pleasant experience.
