Was in desperate need of a car to get to work from tomball to humble, a friend suggested k's and I was in a car by the weekend. He worked with me on a down payment and weekly payments, even came to my job to pick up the payments so I wouldn't have to leave work. Absolutely great people and I love my car !!! Kirby really knows his stuff. I have a BMW 335 diesel which are not as common. Took it to another shop twice. It was there a total of 3 months combined. And still no fix. Kirby took care of in 1 visit. I got a call back explaining the problem and for cost approval. And a few hours later another call saying car was fixed. Great service can't say enough about how pleased I am. Very honest and fair cost.

Juan took care of me like family, he sent a tech to pick me up, and later to drop me off. He gave me suggestions on what to replace as regular maintenance while he was doing a repair, nothing unnecessary or overly expensive. Later he helped me out with a project by suggesting products that might help and they actually did their job and fixed the sticky lifters on my older miata. This is the guy I recommend to anyone willing to pay reasonable prices for repairs and modifications. He is honest and will answer questions and concerns no matter how dumb they might sound.
