My Ferrari 430 wouldn’t start today before a weekend trip with the wife. Call Kirby and within 30 minutes he’s at my house with a Tech installing a new battery. Amazing customer service!!

Kirby had great customer service and they had me in and out in no time! He explained everything to me that they were doing to my car and why (the for dummies cliff-note versions, too!) I will continue to take my car here and recommend them to everyone I can!

I found K's Autohaus in Humble through Repair Pal and I am so glad I did! What a outstanding auto repair shop this is. I needed brakes on all 4 wheels. Kirby was excellent he did not try and charge me for items I did not require. The service was fast, in fact we went next store and had lunch and were called when the work was completed. The ladies in the front office were so nice and pleasant to deal with. I now feel safe again driving my Jeep Liberty. I will definitely come back here for all my auto repairs. I highly recommend K's Autohaus in Humble TX. Thank you Kirby!
