Excellent customer service, I dropped by on limited time with no appointment and the guys made it a point to fit me in, broke the rusty bolts loose I was struggling with in a matter of minutes. Took their time and pointed out what was necessary to finish the install I would be doing later. Would encourage any Miata owners to check these guys out they were very knowledgeable about the cars as they maintain quite a few Spec Miata Racers cars. Will be back again for some work soon!

My Bmw doesn’t break down often, but when it does I only trust K’s Autohaus to service it.

Genuine, honest people. I approached Kirby at K's Autohaus for an exhaust and possibly headers as well as a few other repairs. He honestly explained that, although the headers would provide a significant performance improvement, the overall acoustics would be too loud. Point being, Kirby did not try to swindle me into an unnecessary sale. The shop placed the exhaust on my car as well as a few other maintenance requests at the cost we agreed upon. Despite it being a 35-40 minute drive from my place, I will approach them again should I need any work done in the future.

This shop is amazing! Very thorough in explaining their fees and costs up front, and if they run into an issue, as every situation is treated differently because if you are familiar with cars they can be unpredictable, the shop contacts you Immediately! Very professional! Love how reliable and true to their word they are. Glad I was referred to them, I will pass on the referrals to all my friends and family!
