K's Autohaus is TRUSTWORTHY, HANDSDOWN an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! Brought in my wife's 2016 MB GL-450 for K's Autohaus to diagnose and repair the A/C. First, K's Autohaus is very friendly and knowledgeable regarding ALL German and Exotic vehicles. K's Autohaus worked to provide with me on the diagnosis and communicated Good News and Bad News forthright. K's Autohaus also worked with me with the upmost integrity when it comes to the price of parts and parts availability from the dealership and trusted vendors. The work was completed in a timely and complete fashion. A/C repairs can be scary and expensive. K's Autohaus did everything within their ability to replace the exploded A/C Compressor, Contaminated Hoses, Contaminated Condenser, and Drier very expedient and economical without cutting any corners. The repairs were performed very thoroughly, and the A/C works better than when we purchased the car NEW. Due to K's VERY REASONALBE Hourly Shop Rates, I save well over $1500 dollars on my repair, compared to going the Dealership Route. Lastly, K's Autohaus stands behind their service and parts, and offered the BEST guarantee on repairs, compared to other Shops and even the MB-Dealerships. I will Definitely be a returning customer.

I cant remember the service clerks name but nick was the tech that handled the work on my gr corolla. He installed my dogbone mount and vta bov, without issues. Took them less than 2 hours with high Quality work. currently enjoying the car. Will be back to replace my vta to recirculating one. I highly recommend ya check them out especially if you own a euro/german car.

I found these folks via google and made an appointment. Being a retired mechanic, I’m hella picky about who work on my cars. I was immediately impressed with the customer service (thanks Sheela). I received a few phone calls throughout the day with updates on my vehicle and what steps were being taken, I was offered options on how to progress through the repair too. The entire process was executed wonderfully with transparent communication, great technicians, and outstanding customer support. I also got a recommendation on where I can bring my e90 track car for a custom tune (thanks Thomas)! This place is my “go-to” spot for diagnostics, repairs, and service from here on out. It’s an awesome shop….if you’re looking for a place, this is it!!

The staff at KS autohaus kept my vehicle there and was very kind as to keeping me informed as to where they were in the repair process. I was notified if they was an issue and explained the reason for the delay. Service was great.
