I was literally overwhelmed with the entire experience. I was quoted prices up front and the receptionist suggested I have a diagnostic test done which proved to be very beneficial. I had been experiencing this problem with my vehicle since April and Shannon was the only one that ever told me why I was having the problem and repaired it correctly. I had taken it to another repair shop in Cypress and a Mercedes Benz dealership and neither one explained things to me like Shannon. I purchased my 2010 ML350 two years ago from a private owner which had a little over 28,000 miles. Since Shannon repaired it, the truck drives better than it did when I initially purchased it. He even told me other things that I would need to have looked at in the future. I do not have words to explain how grateful I am that my girlfriend told me about K's Autohaus! I was so impressed, I am going to take my other truck in for service. Customer forever!!!!
