Found this auto shop through my warranty, and what a great find! Booking a next-day appointment was easy, diagnostics were quick, and communication was great throughout. My main issue wasn't covered by warranty, but they found lots of other problems that were covered by my warranty, saving me lots of cash & sanity. They even found a solution for my main concern that dropped the initial estimate from $3,000 to just $500 out of pocket. Seriously impressed! With all the repairs they made, my Explorer is riding better than ever! I'll definitely be back. Thanks a lot!!

K’s autohaus took an excellent care of my car (Ford Mustang Ecoboost) and its repair. I dropped it off to them as a first time customer. They listen to me explain what my issue was. Called me back same day explained to me what their diagnosis and had my car ready for me the next day! A dealership service center could never do that! 5 stars for the awesome customer service and expertise!

I took my car here after a mishap with a mobile mechanic. It was straight forward. I dropped my car off, they found the issue, gave me price and fixed the car. Here is where they made me a repeat customer. The complimentary car walkthrough with your service. I left with peace of mind and knowing the “health” status of my car. Also, the staff offered me a ride home when they realized my car wouldn’t be finished before closing. I appreciated the humanity in that gesture. That’s old school customer service. Much appreciated. I’ll be back, but hopefully no time soon :)
